Located next to the car park to the north east of the main building, use of our state-of-the-art facility is completely FREE!

The gym has been designed with the latest Technogym equipment. It really has something for everybody from the extreme fitness fanatic to the new gym user that wants to start slow and build up their user experience – we have ticked every box!

The new Technogym Excite Live line makes training more fun and inspiring for any age or fitness level with its myriad workouts and countless entertainment options. Choose one of our many quick and effective routines if you’d rather focus exclusively on performance, the Excite line gives you endless reasons to want to train.

Our FACILITIES

Our facilities include state of the art Technogym equipment. Our facilities include cardio, free weights, resistance, functional and stretch areas, along with a group exercise studio with a virtual class platform!

The facility is open 24/7, supervised 4 days per week by our very own fitness team. A variety of Instructor led classes are available onsite as well as our Wexer virtual class offering, with hundreds of classes to choose from! Our onsite team will assist you with an induction and optional personal programme and any other exercise advice you might need.
