Group Exercise

Group exercise is a fun way to work out and keep motivated, why not try one of our classes. You can book via the GymSync app.

Once you have downloaded the GymSync app, you create an account (don’t worry about the membership number – you can leave this blank) search our location by typing SN5 and Trigonos Gym Swindon gym will be listed and complete the information required to set up your profile.  Our manager will then be able to confirm your request and you are ready to start booking classes.

1-2-1

An in-depth discussion (45 mins) to cover the plan, progression, exercise demonstration and guidance. Client then sent the plan to follow for 6 weeks.

Circuits

A form of body conditioning that involves a mixture of endurance training, resistance training and core exercises done in a repetitive format.

Desk Yoga

Yoga poses that can be done while seated in a chair to promote mobility for 10 mins to encourage a break from sitting for long periods.

Exercise of the Week

Demonstration of exercise with education around muscles worked and health benefits.

Functional / Total Body Workout

Challenging but adaptable workouts to help gain a better overall level of fitness.

Healthy Habits Live

Motivational live chat to help improve lifestyle choices.

HIIT

High intensity, interval training, short sharp bursts of exercise.

Different wellbeing topic each week with opportunity to ask questions.

Open Appointments

Initial 15 min discussion to get some background on what support the client requires. Cheryl then goes away and prepares a plan.

Pilates

A low intensity, strengthening class that focuses heavily on building the core muscles.

Stretch

A system of exercises designed to improve flexibility and posture and enhance mental awareness.

Yoga

Connecting body, breath and mind, using physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health.
