Group Exercise

Group exercise is a fun way to work out and keep motivated, why not try one of our classes. You can book via the GymSync app.

Once you have downloaded the GymSync app, you create an account (don’t worry about the membership number – you can leave this blank) search our location by typing SN5 and Trigonos Gym Swindon gym will be listed and complete the information required to set up your profile.  Our manager will then be able to confirm your request and you are ready to start booking classes.

Kettlebells

A functional based class designed to strength the body and improve cardiovascular fitness.

 

HIIT – Cardio

Based around interval training, short bursts of work with quick rest periods to encourage training at intensity for maximum calorie burn. Bodyweight exercises only.

 

Spin

Bike class to music, working through a mixture of hills and mountain climbs and flat fast sprints.

 

HIIT – Strength & Agility

Based around interval training, short bursts of work with quick rest periods to encourage training at intensity for maximum calorie burn. Rotatory format one week with barbells and weights and the other week with steps for sports specific and plyo training.

 

Pump

Exercise to music based strength class focusing on all the major muscle groups. Sculpt, strength and tone up your body by multiple reps with a huge variety of exercises.

 

Novice Fitness

For those new to exercise or looking to return back to exercise and needing a little more support. These classes are designed to guide you back into exercise at your own pace with a more in depth explanation in a fun, relaxed environment.

 

Circuits

A traditional style circuit class, working on a station for a short amount of time to achieve as many reps of that exercise as you can before moving onto the next.

 

Combat

Exercise to music based class centred around mixed martial arts training.

 

Functional

Class designed to improve the bodies overall day to day function. High paced, challenging but affective workouts to strength, improve posture and stance, flexibility and range along with cardiovascular fitness.

 

Core

A class designed to activate the core muscles and improve strength in the back.

 

LBT

Traditional format of Legs, bums and tums. Exercises for sculpting and toning and to improve all over fitness.

 

Yoga

A calming, low impact session. Perfect to unwind and escape for a short while from a busy working day.
