Group Exercise

Group exercise is a fun way to work out and keep motivated, why not try one of our classes. You can book via the GymSync app.

Once you have downloaded the GymSync app, you create an account (don’t worry about the membership number – you can leave this blank) search our location by typing SN5 and Trigonos Gym Swindon gym will be listed and complete the information required to set up your profile.  Our manager will then be able to confirm your request and you are ready to start booking classes.

HIIT

Based around interval training, short bursts of work with quick rest periods to encourage training at intensity for maximum calorie burnBodyweight exercises only.

 

Circuits

A traditional style circuit class, working on a station for a short amount of time to achieve as many reps of that exercise as you can before moving onto the next.

  

Functional

Class designed to improve the bodies overall day to day function. High paced, challenging but affective workouts to strength, improve posture and stance, flexibility and range along with cardiovascular fitness.

 

Core

A class designed to activate the core muscles and improve strength in the back.

 

Tabata

8 blocks of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest to encourage training at intensity for maximum calorie burn. Bodyweight exercises only.

 

Desk BReakers

Desk breakers are flows of movement that can be fitted into your work schedule that DON’T require you to change into exercise gear in order to take part. Designed to target the aches and strains of remote working, lots of focus on relaxing tension, stretching and moving with better range.

Only 15 minutes. Follow my sequences to help break up your working day, get up and move away from your laptop for a short but effective time period without disturbing your productivity; helping you feel better, focused, and ready to continue on with the working day.

 

Open Appointments

One-to-one appointments are available to discuss further any individual training needs. Whether this be a specific training goal or just advice on how to get moving in whatever set up you have.  These can also be tailored to suit getting back into exercise following illness or injury, or to structure an exercise program to help keep you motivated and on track.
